Civilization IV: Are the expansion packs worth it?

I've been playing Civ IV since it came out and a few months ago I noticed that there were some expansion packs. Are they worth it? If they are, it's probably gonna get me back into my Civ IV addiction, but hey, it's all good. :) Plus, I'm a bad *** when I rule the world. LOL
