How Hard will it be for me to get a NROTC scholarship?

Im a sopre in Highschool who is involved with Cross country running, Fencing and Tennis. I'm involved with some leadership groups Including FBLA and Debate Team (Mock Trial) and probably FCCLA next year. With a 3.3 GPA but Im taking honors and AP courses. I was hoping to get some information on my chances and things to do to get my chances up. All responses are appreciated
