Where can I find more info on General Studies majors?

I've recently switched to General Studies (Music Performance, Theatre Performance, and Film Studies), and am planning on attending graduate school with my degree for an MFA program in hopefully musical theatre or jazz studies. As of right now, I'm beginning my research on possible schools I want to attend, but I'm a little bit lost in finding more information about schools, jobs or anything about General Studies majors? A little help would be nice, if you please!
