I am working with cell culture. The cells are turning black after trysinisation. What should I do?

The cell line is B16F10, a mouse cancer cell line. This problem was previously not there. Although the cells are growing nicely, cell death is high after trypsinisation. I have not changed the trysin-EDTA solution. The incubation time is also same.
