size i feel different ?

Okay well i am 13 and i dont think i have gone through puberty. Well my size is 5 and 1/2 inches (no ) With its 6 1/2 ... (just measured) And well am i too big or something? i have masturbated before but sperm hasnt came you. I feel odd cause i see all these people talking about that they have big es and stuff and then a friend of mine got mad cuz he hates it when people say that kind of stuff so one day he pants him by the pool and he was kinda small and then to get back at him he pantsed me and like they told me that i was lucky and that when im older i will get a lot of action and bjs and hand jobs and stuff. (they dont know about the no puberty or sperm thing). so yea whats happening here. whats the normal size for my age and what age of people are suppose to have when there size is like mine.
