What kind of puppy mix do you think this is?

well i would judge them by their current size to see how big they will be eventually not by the paws i had a huge dog at my moms that has very small paws and i had a smaller APBT that had huge paws and she only turned out to be 35 lbs! as for the breed i would guess a shepherd mix BUT mixed with a smaller dog maybe a beagle or a breed around the same size as a beagle! they are adorable though!!! i do know of some chi's that are that color also so that could be the smaller dog breed that its mixed with! there is a way to find out what is really in the gene pool for the dogs but it can get costly...if you find a vet that can do the tests there is a way they can tellyou what the pups are mixed with. good luck with your new family best wishes to you all! hope this helps some.
