Why does Obama think it is sufficient to post warning signs just thirty miles from Phoenix Az.?

Warning Americans that it is a danger zone due to human trafficking and drug smugglers in the area? Should Americans have to be in danger because Obama refuses to secure the border? Doesn't that hold some Az. residents hostage in their own state and country?
