I have around �500 to spend on 17" laptop whats the best bargain out there with the best specs.?

Looking for at least i3 processor or more with 4gb ram, lots of space 3-4 usb ports and wireless enabled. Was looking at Curry's refurbished stuff but don't know what's good. My 8yr old Tosh/Sab touch pad has had it. So I'm looking to upgrade. Any advice would be great.
