If your teenager had a wonderful work opportunity would you rather her take it or go ahead and start college?

No, I wouldn't feel odd an 18 year old still living at home. It's rough out there right now. I have to ask you this question if you live out there on your own could you afford to pay for rent, bills, and college too. And still have a little money to spend, i seriously doubt it. What I suggest is for you to stay home go to school and when you graduate then go ahead and leave it would be more easier. Your only 18 your still real young not even legal. Remember your legal at 21.
