Im probably getting a Baby macaw?

If a person will scam you on an egg, they will certainly scam you over the bird. Do not ever try to buy a live animal over the internet. That's just asking for trouble. If you can't go to the persons place, see the birds, know that it's clean and the birds well cared for, then don't buy from them. Ask an avian vet for a recommendation of a reputable breeder. All that said, a Macaw is not at all a wise way for a first time bird owner to start out. I don't think you have researched enough yet to have a clue what you are getting into.
