Is "frick" an actual word?

I was fircking wornderingif frick was a fricking word or fricking not. and if it is a frickin word, where the frick does it frickin come from? I frickin mean, there is not frick in the frickin dictionary, and I can't firckin figure out what the frick it means. Please frickin help me.
