It's Everywhere & It's Driving Me Crazy!!!! Help!!!?

I'm decluttering my home because it always looks a mess because of everything in my home. Also the laundry room is terrible it's like I never get it done regardless if they are clean or not. How many outfits are really needed for an adult? I'm a homemaker but my husband works so of course i know he is going to need extra because of his job profession. Can someone help me.. I have clean clothes laying everywhere cause I have no room for them. I'm going crazy because of it! I would appreciate deeply for some help. Thanks Everyone!!
