The Legalization of Drugs?

Some believe legalizing drugs is a good idea because it would cut down on crime. Those who oppose that idea say it would cut down on crime but doesn't society have some responsibility to make sure the members are kept healthy. It is a debate not easily solved. Nitrous Oxide may help people with mental illness but I think one reason it isn't used is because it wears off quickly and has to be dispensed with a machine, not a pill. And someone would have to take it daily and probably more than once. Where would they get the machine, etc. Those kinds of issues. but you make a great point. You should become a psychiatrist.
