LOST theories?

Do you think Richard is John Locke's father? Also, I was wondering if Richard is Jacob? I am so confused!! What favor could Kate possibly be doing for Sawyer? Also, do you think Claire is dead? If she is how?? Also why was Miles able to see Jack & Claire's dad? Again, I am soooo confused. Everytime they answer 1 question, I have 2 more questions. Lost is such a great show!!! I know I am only asking questions and not posting any theories but I wanted to see what other people thought. :-)
