PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!?

I'm in high school too and when friends have boyfriends its sometimes really hard for them to get over them. My best friend has a boyfriend of 13 months and they just broke up tuesday. It has been really hard for her but even harder for him. Her boyfriend is one of my very good friends also so it puts me in a weird position but the best thing you can do is encourage her to go somewhere and do something productive with just girls. It will take her mind off of it for a while and you say that she is in denial, but i bet she knows deep down that it really is over she just doesn't want to believe it because im sure she likes him a lot. and about the part if they have been having for 8 months then of course she will be attached to him but she will soon realize its not worth it and if she doesnt then she must really like him and it might work out for them.
