Welcome to Ontario oopps i mean oblivion Now what do i do ?

I like certain things in oblivion like you can see fallen bad guys and get the stuff alot easier then some games. i am guessing i need to close more gates to get more quest tell of oblivion as any help would be useful. since im still a "stellar newbie" and howd he know i was off Planet these last few years,hahaha i have an arg water breath and go figure there,s not much water this time.
