What's wrong with me?

I'm 16 years old, and ever since the age of five, I've been able to see and speak to ghosts. I also have voices in my head that talk to me, I argue with them occasionally and there is also music that plays inside my head constantly. I can talk to people using "telepathic" communication, and I can move things with my eyes. What is wrong with me??
