Why is it when a white male first meet a black male they talk "jive"?

This really goes out to those who work in professional environments. The white guys talk to each other normally but when they talk to me or any other black person (specifically males) they talk jive and broken ebonics as if thier trying to relate. If you do this around black people in the work environment..Please Stop! You sound dumb.
