I Have some red blotches on my ?

Hello i used to just wash the top of my glans till i discovered smegma like 2 weeks ago. So my glans is still very sensitive and all but everyday i wash my glans. I have spotted some red patches on my glans like a rash it is red but not blotchey as i said in title can someone explain to me what this is?
