I need to get a job in the UAE?

I'm only 16 and I need to find a job, Something I can do after school, But it seems like the jobs here are all taken by the Indians, Locals or any other person who is imported over here. I need money because my family doesn't always give me any and I want to start saving up for a car or anything like that. Any Ideas ? I live in RAK - Ras Al Khamia. Its really close to Dubai.
