Would you let your baby crawl on a hotel room floor?

We just found out that my husband needs heart surgery ASAP, and is scheduled for the 5th. He'll be having it at the Cleveland Clinic, which is a 7 hour drive from our house. We were just in Cleveland for three days earlier this week so he could see his cardiologist, and our 10 month old did just great!! Very patient in the waiting rooms, friendly with the nurses, napped/slept well, etc. Her only complaint was that I didn't allow her to crawl at all while we were there, and this frustrated her a lot. We spent two nights in a hotel, and it just seemed so unsanitary for me to let her crawl on the carpet there!! For my husband's surgery we will spend at least 9 days at a hotel, and there is no way my daughter will be okay with not crawling for that long! What are your ideas about what I should do? She is very fast and all over the place, so putting a blanket down wouldn't be useful- and I have no other ideas! Thanks. :)
